Both verse-by-verse and topical Bible studies are conducted during the Learning Center hour on Sunday morning. While the adult Learning Center is generally a class of both men and women, occasionally there are separate classes for men or women depending on the subject matter being discussed.
At present, there are three fellowship groups that meet in various homes on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. For meeting times, see the calendar for schedules and contact information.
The women of the church meet the first Wednesday evening of each month at 6:30 for a meal and fellowship around the Word. Various outreach events throughout the year and an annual retreat are also part of the women's ministry.
The men meet at 8:00 AM the first Saturday of each month for breakfast and fellowship around the Word. The men also have an annual retreat and engage in service projects throughout the year.
FBC is currently serving the residents of Universal Health Center on a weekly basis with short devotionals, singing and visitation.
We also have a weekly ministry called "The Lighthouse" that serves in a local community and brings the Gospel and fellowship to the neighborhood, primarily the children with some adult interaction as well.
Currently we have joined with Embrace Grace and have ongoing classes with single moms and those who have an unplanned pregnancy.
